So you have an E46 track car, 'ring tool' or weekend warrior and have decided to take the carpets out to save a bit of weight? But now you're left with an uneven floor and an uncomfortable driving position thanks to the depression directly in front of the accelerator pedal.

Our bespoke, laser cut, CNC bent and dimple died Floor kit provides you with a robust, lightweight, bolt-on, level flooring solution.
Our kit has been engineered in CAD using 3D scans of the E46 interior to ensure perfect fitment! Not only that, but we have developed the main floor surface to be at the same height as the OEM carpet, to ensure we retain the uncompromising driving ergonomics of the ultimate driving machine!
The in-car photo's in the blue car are of our 2nd iteration, full scale, prototype and have been subject to over 5 years of abuse by our independent track day test driver, to ensure customer satisfaction, durability and performance.
The feedback was and remains - "perfect", "very happy with it", "doesn't interfere with hard driving", "once its installed you don't notice it's there" - The best compliment if ever there was one!
Based upon this feedback and our own observations, we have tweaked the design very slightly to add our branding, a more natural and effective heel tripper angle on the step section, as well as the inclusion of a bolt on dead pedal (optional). The last photo in the silver car is of the final RHD product.

Produced from 1,5mm 304 Stainless Steel with a brushed finish, you can be sure this product will stand the test of time without fear of corrosion.
The kit is supplied with Dead pedal, Clear rubberised grip tape and stainless steel hardware. Leaving you the choice of whether to fit the dead pedal to suit your setup.
Removing the carpet and sound deadening in your E46 Coupé or Saloon will relieve up to ~20kg of mass, potentially more for a tourer. Meanwhile the foot plate weighs approximately just 2,1kg, with the dead pedal adding only 0,3kg.
Grip tape is pre-cut to ~300x100mm to perfectly fit the foot plate and can be readily assembled using the easy release backing paper. The grip tape is clear and made from PEVA to withstand motor sport conditions. Furthermore, unlike other grip tapes, this does not destroy the heels of your shoes, like skate board tape.
Fitting hardware consists of all stainless steel M8 Cap Head bolts, Washers and BZP M8 Riv-nuts.
This product is only suitable for RHD E46!
